Daniele Lochak

Danièle Lochak is law professor with the Université Paris X - Nanterre, where it was responsible until 2006 for Master “Human rights” and for research and studies on basic rights (CREDOF [http://credof.u-paris10.Fr).

During last years, its principal publications related to the rights from abroad and the immigration policy, the various forms of discrimination, the role of the lawyers under Vichy, the impact of new technologies on the basic rights. Very committed in the associative medium, it was of 1985 to 2000 president of GISTI (Group of information and support of the immigrants), it is also member of the Ligue of the human rights (LDH).
