Daniel Rausis

Daniel Rausis, born in 1959, is a humorist, actor, journalist, librettist, lyric writer, Swiss chronicler.

This unrepentant chatterer who sprinkles the listeners of radio since 1987 astonishes by his concision when it starts to write. Humorist and humanistic, it acknowledges readily an engagement citizen which it had inaugurated, like young objector by a long detention with the prison of Valère. Its civic action engages it since in several cultural associations and institutions. One could on television see it as well in the religious emissions as satirical, but always being wary of the generally accepted ideas. Daniel Rausis is also the inventor of a new science which studies the fictitious Pape S. He is the inventor of the “pontifictionnology”.
