Daniel Burley Woolfall

Daniel Burley Woolfall , born the June 15th 1852 and dead the October 24th 1918, was a leading British of Football.

International lawyer, he was treasurer, vice-president then president (1901 - 1918) of the Fédération of England of football and chair FIFA of 1906 1918.
