Daniel Brel (1950, Egleny -) is a Bandonéon ist originating in Central Europe. He is also type-setter. He lives today with Pau.

Daniel Brel was born with Égleny in the Yonne in a family of musicians originating in Central Europe. In 1979, it forms in Pau the quartet Contratiempo composed of a Piano, of a Bandonéon, a Violoncelle and a Contrebasse which makes known it by a series in concerts entitled Around the tango . It also composes between 1992 and 1994 of the musics for the theater, the cinema, or the Danse. He also writes chamber musics with Bandonéon.

In 1998, he teaches the bandonion with the National school of music and dance of Evreux, then in 2001 with La Rochelle and in 2005 with Pau.
