Daniel Bourquin , known as Nunusse, saxophonist born with Neuchâtel the August 13rd 1945. He lives with Lausanne.
Studies of saxophone to the Academy of Lausanne. Start to occur in 1970 with a quartet formed of Ariel Cuche, tp, Olivier Magnenat, B and Pierre Gauthier, DM. Thereafter collaborates with many Swiss musicians. Also meet and turns with foreign musicians. Found in 1977 a trio with B. Guerin and Marc Hellman. Fact part of the quintet then of the great formation of O. Thilo.
In 1981, it creates with Jean-François Bovard, Leon Francioli and Olivier Clerc the quartet BBFC which will turn during 10 years to Europe, America and Africa, will take part in the great European Festivals and, in addition to his own musical creations, will collaborate in multiple theatrical and choreographic creations of which most famous will have been " Card-index Signalétique" and " To remember Léningrad" of Maurice Béjart.
