Damona
In the Celtic Mythology Gallic, Damona (also called Bormona ), is the Parèdre of the god Borvo. Borvo has a function of healer by water, Damona is the goddess of the sources and the rivers.
Its name which means “Large Cow”, is to be brought closer to Boand , the goddess of prosperity, the Tuatha Dé Danann, in Irish mythology .
Its equivalent in Great Britain is Arnemetia whose name means “that which is in the sanctuary”; the root nemet , which has the direction of crowned, is found in Nemed and Nemeton.
