the French title of this film Italy N should not be confused with that of the film Britannique of Joseph Losey Damnés , realized before, in 1963 .
Synopsis
Chronicle with the Macbeth of a German family (presented like that of the Krupp, industrialists of the iron and steel industry with Essen, in the the Ruhr), traumatized by the appetites unchained after the seizure of power by the Nazi S in 1933 and which turns perversion to its paroxysm. Helmut Shepherd disguised as Marlène Dietrich, the homo-erotic orgy of the officers before the Night of the Long Knives, precedes the great hours of the cinema of Fassbinder. The scenario takes as a starting point Buddenbrook of Thomas Mann, of the Possédés of Fedor Dostoïevski and the Man without qualities of Robert Musil.
