Damian Rhodos
Damian Rhodos (born the May 28th 1969 with Saint Paul in the Minnesota state of the the United States) is a former professional player of Hockey.
Career in club
Damian Rhodos begins its career with the team of its school the Richfield Spartans before taking part in the fishing out of entry in the National league of hockey of 1987. It is then chosen by the Maple Leafs of Toronto as a 112e selected player (sixth round). It then joined the technological Université of Michigan and plays within the Michigan Tech Huskies of the championship NCAA. January 21st, 1989, it registers a goal during its second season.In 1990, once its finished studies, it joined the American Ligue of hockey and the team affiliated to Maple Leafs, the Saints of Newmarket. He plays a match in the National league of hockey at the time of this same season with Toronto. The following year, he plays for the Maple Leafs of St John' S and shares time with aims of the team with Felix Potvin. At the time of the following season, Potvin plays for Toronto and Rhodos becomes the guard number one of St John' S and in 1993-94, he is the replacing guard of the frankness from Toronto.
In January 1996, it is exchanged with the Islanders of New York with Ken Belanger against future considerations. The same day, it is exchanged once again in company of Wade Redden and is joined the Senators d' Ottawa in return of Don Bowsprit, Martin Straka and Bryan Berard.
It finds finally a place of holder but the team of the Senators has problems and it is necessary to await 1997-98 to see it reaching five Blanchissage S in one season. January 2nd, 1999, at the time of a match against the Devils of the New Jersey, it once again makes speak about him. International career
He represents the the United States at the time of the championship of the world junior 1988 (6th place), then in 1991, he plays the championship of the world (4th place). In 2003, it plays a match whereas the United States finishes in the thirteenth place.
