Damaris

Damaris is a woman quoted in the New Testament, living in the neighborhoods of 55 a. J. - C. with Athens. It would have, according to the book of the Acts of the Apostles (17: 34), embraced the faith after the famous speech of Paul in front of the Athenian Learned assembly (“what you adore without knowing it, I come, to announce it me, to you”).

Today, Damaris is also a female Prénom, especially carried by people resulting Christian families.
