Dam Tabqa

The dam Tabqa also named “ dam Thawra ” (stopping of the revolution) is a Barrage of Syria. Envisaged to irrigate 640.000 Hectare S, various problems have made it possible to irrigate only 100 to 150.000 hectares.

The lake generated by this reserve is named Lac Al-Assad.
