Daily Mail
The Daily Mail is a British newspaper published since 1896, which is of this oldest fact Tabloïd. It is located second in the daily number of sale in Great Britain, just after The Sun . With dimensions one of the policy, its ideas are very preserving (see Conservative party (the United Kingdom) ). A connected newspaper, the Email one Sunday , is published in 1982, and an Irish version of the newspaper was created on February 6th 2006.
The Daily Mail achieved the goal of the " Middle-Market". It was the first newspaper to sell 1 million specimens in only one day.
The Mail was initially published in very large size then changed for the format Tabloïd (smaller) on May 3rd, 1971, for its 75 years of existence. Its rival of always, the Daily Express , has the same political ideas as well as the same readers, however nowadays it sells only one third of its pulling.
Since 2005, the editor of the Daily Mail , The Daily Mail and General Trust, fact part of FTSE 100 (list of 100 companies which gather the most capital in Great Britain). Indeed, the newspaper passed to 2 million specimens, which makes of him the most important daily newspaper in English language in the world in circulation. Among all the sales of newspapers throughout the world, it is in the 20th place.
