Dafydd Rhys James was born the July 24th 1975 with Mufulira (Zambia). It is a player of Rugby to XV, which plays with the Équipe of Wales of Rugby with XV since 1996, evolving/moving at the station of three quarter centers (1,90  m for 95  kg). He played with the British Lions. He currently plays with the Llanelli Scarlets.

Career

He disputed its first test match the June 22nd 1996, against the team of Australia.

James took part in the world cup 1999 (3 matches, demolished in quarterfinals).

He disputed three test matches with the British Lions, in 2001 (Australia).

He currently plays with the Llanelli Scarlets in Coupe of Europe and Celtic league. In 2004-05, it had disputed the cut of Europe with the Harlequins (Rugby) (6 matches and 2 tests) and the championship of England (15 matches, 1 test).
