Papa is in business trips ( Otac Na službenom putu ) is a Yugoslav film of Emir Kusturica left in 1985.

Synopsis

The film is located in the socialist Federal republic of Yugoslavia of the Années 1950, Tito and Stalin quarrels. Mesa, father of the Malik young person, maintains a connection. Its mistress, wearies to wait, yields in advance of the brother-in-law of Mesa.

During a discussion, it brings back to this last the suspect words of her lover in connection with a poster representing Karl Marx working in front of the effigy of Stalin.

The brother-in-law denounces his rival then. The family finds itself private of her chief and all its members present to small Malik the sending in camp of work like a long voyage of businesses…
