DIGITAL Image Design
DIGITAL Image Ltd Design. , usually called D.I.D. , was a Société Britannique of development of video game based with Runcorn then Warrington, in the county of Chester. Founded in 1989 by the programmers Martin Kenwright and Phil Allsopp, the company was made known by developing flight simulators and space combat containing Moteur 3D advanced. After several hits like F29 Retaliator , Epic , RoboCop 3 or TFX , the company was repurchased by Infogrames in 1998 then finally resold with Rage Software, disappeared since. The majority of the executives left the structure following its repurchases. Martin Kenwright in particular left founded Evolution Studios.
Productions
The historical editor of DIGITAL Image Design was Ocean Software. The first plays were developed on Amiga, Atari ST and DOS then only on PC.- 1989 - F29 Retaliator
