Düsong Mangpojé
Düsong Mangpojé or Tridu Songtsän was the 36e king of the dynasty Yarlung of the Tibet; it reigned of 677/679 with 704.
It controls in the shade of his powerful mother Thrimalö and of the influential regent of the clan of Gar ( Mgar ). In 685, Gar Tännyädombu ( Mgar Bstan-snyas-ldom-drunk ) dies and his/her brother, Gar Thridringtsändrö ( Mgar Khri- `bring-btsan brod ) replaces it. In 692, the Tibetans lose the Bassin of Tarim taken by the Chinese. Gar Thridringtsändrö beats them into 696 and establishes peace. Two years later, in 698, king Düsong Mangpojé invites the clan of Gar (more than 2000 people) to a shooting party and the fact of carrying out. Gar Thridringtsändrö commits suicide then, and its troops which are honest for him join the Chinese. It is the end of the capacity of this clan.
From 700 until his death, the king remains in shift in the North-East while his/her Thrimalö mother manages on her behalf central Tibet. In 702, China and Tibet conclude peace. At the end of this year, the royal government Tibetan decides to equip with an administrative organization ( khö chenpo or mkhos chen-Po ) the area of Sumru ( Sum-Ru ) in the North-East, old country of conquered Sumpa 75 years earlier. Sumru becomes a new “horn” of the kingdom. During the summer of 703, Düsong Mangpojé resides at Oljag ( Ol-byag ), Ling ( Gling ), on the higher course of the Yangtze, before carrying out the invasion of Royaume of Nanzhao of Jang. In 704, it briefly remains in Yoti Chuzang ( Yo-Ti Chu-bzangs ) in Madrom ( Rma-sgrom ) on the Yellow Fleuve. It invades then Mywa but dies during this countryside.
