Preparation

50 gram by liter.NE NOT AUTOCLAVER.

Reading

The colonies are colonies of bacilli Gram-

  • . Red colonies: lactose +
  • colorless Colonies or yellows: lactose -
  • if the composition includes iron III a black center reveals the production of Sulfure of hydrogen (H2S+)
