Dékon

Dékon is popular quarters of Lome, the capital of the Togo. Comparable with the district of Be, for its contestaire spirit towards the current president, Faure Gnassingbé, the district is known to be one of the business district of the city (one counts many cybercafés there), and it is especially one of the principal places of the prostitution with Lome.
