Czechoslovakian wolfhound
The Czechoslovakian Dog Wolf is a dog of group 1: section 1, herdsman and sheepdogs (except dogs of Swiss herdsman): sheepdogs.
The Czechoslovakian Dog Wolf is resulting from a crossing between a German Shepherd and a wolf of Carpates. It has a physique rather close to the wolf. Its hair is right, lying on the body. Its hair of summer and winter are very different: in winter under hair dominates. The color of its dress is a little like that of the wolves, i.e. gray-yellow with gray silver plated, with a mask clearly characteristic. Cut: 65 cm minimum for the males, and 60 cm for the females. Weight: 26 kg minimum for the males and 20 kg for the females.
Origin
This race is relatively recent, it was created in 1955 by crossing German shepherds and wolf S of the Carpates. She was officially recognized by FCI in 1999.
