Cylindraspis indica

Cylindraspis indica one of tortoise was testudinidé S now disappeared and formerly endemic from the island of the Réunion, in the Indian Ocean.

None of these giant terrestrial tortoises could be observed since 1800, date since which the species is supposed extinct. The last specimen was observed with Cilaos.
