Cycle Juglar
A cycle Juglar is a Business cycle (one limited duration period which corresponds more or less exactly to the return of the same phenomenon) about 7 to 11 years, also called cycle of the businesses . The first writings of Juglar on the cycles are somewhat former but its most famous publication is without any doubt its work of 1862 in which it presents a cycle which N has that three phases (and not four as the authors will represent it who will follow) of the traditional business cycle: expansion, crisis and liquidation. It should be noted that Clément Juglar is the first economist has to be itself interested in the business cycles.
The economist Alvin Hansen observed twelve cycles of the Juglar type between 1837 and 1937 with the the United States. They lasted on average 8,33 years, however between 1857 and 1937, their intermediate duration falls at 8 years.
