Cuy (Yonne)
Cuy is a common French, located in the department of the Yonne and the area Burgundy. Its inhabitants is called the Cuistrats and the Cuistrates .

History
Cité in 833: " Cersiacus".
Given by Clotaire II to the monastery which it had just founded close to Sens (Yonne) in the honor from holy Colombe. The castle of Noslon was the residence seigneuriale archbishops.

Saint Martin's day church: rustic building, nave without character, chorus arched out of wood, carved apparent ties, apse in half dome decorated with a carved cornice; rule of Martin saint to horse 17th.
