Customer Specification Process
The concept Customer Specification Process makes it possible to automate and control the treatment of all the specifications customers within the Supply Chain.
Its principle: “Customer Bible” of the customers is integrated in the WMS (standard of pallet, height, type of label parcel, form of mediums of preparation, type of packing and palletization, repacking, filming, stickage, etc). This information is managed by client, consignee and possibly by product. All the orders which comprise specificities are identified, followed and thus controlled automatically in the WMS (and either manually). With each phase of the process of preparation and until the phase of loading, on the documents or the code-bars, specificities are mentioned and controlled.
