The cuscute of thyme ( Cuscuta epithymum ), still called small cuscute is a plant of the family of the Convolvulaceae.

Description

It is a plant without chlorophyl, parasite of many shrubs of the European moors (heathers, gorses, bilberries). The sheets are practically non-existent, the flowers, grouped in clusters with the nodes, pink, are scented, with the triangular petals, two styles and projecting cheesecloths,
