Actuel 2 was a French political television program animated by various journalists of the second channel of the ORTF, like Jean-Pierre Elkabbach, Jean-Marie Cavada, François de Closets or Jean-Michel Desjeunes, and diffused in evening on the second channel of the ORTF of the September 15th 1972 until the November 18th 1974.

Principle of the emission

The political guest was confonté with the cross questions journalists of the written press representing various political opinions in a debate arbitrated by a journalist of the service of information of the second channel of the ORTF (i.n.f.2).

This emission took part largely in the debate for the presidential election of May 1974.
