Cureghem
Cureghem (in Dutch: Kuregem ) is a district of the commune of Anderlecht located in Région of Brussels-Capital. It is located at the limit of the commune of Brussels and is identified within the commune of Anderlecht by the physical barriers of the Brussels-Charleroi channel and the railway line 129 which circumvents by the West the agglomeration of Brussels.
It developed during the industrial revolution of the 19th century and knows today a social situation and economic fragile because of the decline of its economy and the poor quality of its frame.
