Cunégonde of Austria
Cunégonde of Austria (Wiener Neustadt, the March 16th 1465 - Püttrich, the August 6th 1520) was an archduchess of Austria, marries Albert IV, duke of Bavaria.
It is the girl of Frederic V, duke of Austria, and his wife Aliénor of Portugal.
In 1470, Matthias Ier of Hungary requires its hand, but his/her father refuses it to him. She marries Albert IV of Bavaria in 1487, against the will of her father, and exerts the Co-regency of the duchy until the majority of her son Guillaume IV. Thereafter, it leaves the court, but preserves a certain influence on the policy of Bavaria, by in particular obtaining measurements favorable to her other children. It remains until 1508 - date on which it is withdrawn with the convent of Püttrich - in relations followed with her brother Maximilien Ier, emperor of Austria, and another sovereigns of Europe.

- Susanne (April 2nd, 1502 - April 23rd, 1543, which marries in 1518 Casimir, margrave de Brandebourg, then in 1529 Othon-Henri, Elector Palatine
