The Cuisine Ethiopia nne is characterized by the use of the Injera, a wafer at base generally of ṭef, in which the dishes are served and which constitutes basic food. The most frequent dishes are ragouts of Légume S or Viande.

The national dish is the doro wätt , containing Poulet and of a sauce spiced with the Tomate.

Music

The Ethiopian Musique is very varied, each of the 80 people of the country being characterized by clean sonorities. Certain forms of Musique are largely influenced by the Islam, and the Musique folk resulting from the remainder of the Corne of Africa, in particular of the Somalia. Ethiopia also influenced in the years a 1960-1980 particular form of the Afro jazz, named Éthio-Jazz whose most famous representatives are Mulatu Astatke and Mahmoud Ahmed.

The Sacred music Ethiopian is also influenced by the Christianisme.
