Culture in the Territory of Belfort

Music

The town of Belfort is animated by a strong musical identity, with large gatherings such as the Eurockéennes (peninsula of the Malsaucy) and FIMU (University International festival of Music).

Contemporary art and natural

During all the summer 2005, two " Ways of Art" in full nature 26 contemporary works of 19 artists presented. These circuits (7,5 km and 4,6 km) were traversed by more than 20000 visitors. They belong to a whole of 15 circuits marked out of excursion on the sunny slope of the solid mass of the Vosges. The operation, baptized " Under the Bleue" Line; was carried out by the Communauté of communes of the Country Under Vosgean.

The operation will be renewed in 2007, on a circuit covering the communes of Petitmagny and Grosmagny
