Cultural Geography
The cultural geography is the branch of the human Geography which is interested in the relationship between the companies, the group S and them Environnement, it is related with the Anthropologie.
It appeared fine 19th century, one in general distinguishes three universities from cultural geography:
- with the the United States, the school of Berkeley and Carl Sauer
- in Germany, with Friedrich Ratzel
- in France, with Vidal of Blache then Pierre Guru and the Tropicalisme.
The cultural geography studies the Idéologie S, the Croyance S (via the Géographie of the religions for example), the cultural practices of the Population S or Civilization S but especially the bonds which link Population and Paysage, which establishes link between these two universes, for example why a company was established at such place, why it disappeared, etc
