History
With the Middle Ages, Cullayes belonged to the seigniory of Vulliens, of which they were detached at the end of the 14th century with Mézières and Carrouge to form a particular seigniory. In 1923, the common one adopted armorial bearings whose pink points out the weapons of the former lords de Vulliens, and the stag those of Cerjat, lords at the 18th century.
