Cubic ²: Hypercube

Cubic ²: Hypercube is a Canadian film carried out by Andrzej Sekula, left in 2002.

Synopsis

Within a strange and complex structure, eight people plunged in the sleep awake with one, being unaware of the reason of their presence in this place. Several identical cubic parts communicate the ones with the others, each one concealing a trap. Linking their competences and their efforts, the victims of this diabolic enigma try to leave the labyrinth.

Comment

Cubic ²: Hypercube is the continuation of Cube carried out by Vincenzo Natali. The principle is exactly the same one: people locked up without apparent reasons in an enigmatic and fatal place seeking to include/understand the logic of the labyrinth to gain the exit. Compared to the preceding one, this version adds a new dimension to the problem to be solved: time. Certain parts accelerate or slow down time, others give to see last events or to come.
