Crystallized of flowers
The crystallized of flowers are the name given to the Confiture S or frozen of Fleur S when these last terms are reserved for the fruits by the legislation.
They are manufactured same manner with sugar, juice of lemon and pectin.
The perfumes are infinite: bud of pine, heather, broom, gentian, queen of the meadows, the of aubrac… and most known pink or lavender.
They are consumed out of slice of bread on bread or with crèpes, waffles or in the kitchen according to the imagination of the chiefs: crystallized of the of aubrac with roquefort, crystallized of petals of pink with foie gras.
