The Crown jewels Iranian also called Imperial Crown jewels of Persia are one of the most important collections of jewelry, largest and most diversified in the world. The collection is composed of a unit of crowns and thrones, of a trentaire of tiaras, many brushes, swords and shields covered with jewels, many invaluable stones not-rises which were gathered by the Shah (kings and emperors) of Iran during the Histoire of Iran. After the Afghan invasion in 1719, Isfahan, the capital safavide is put at bag and from many jewels disappear. A reconquest campaign is launched by Nader Shah Afshar in 1729, reconquest which will be pushed until Delhi to recover part of the Iranian treasures which had arrived at the hands of the emperors Moghols In 1738, Nader Shah takes then plunders Delhi, bringing back many jewels to Iran.
