Crown beaded of the nipple

The crown beaded of the nipple or crown under balanic is a physiological phenomenon appearing with the Puberté and primarily in the second and third decade of life at the majority of the men. This phenomenon results in the presence of small white cutaneous outgrowths (sébacés follicules, present at all the men, but normally invisible) on the crown of the Pénis.
La histological structure of fabrics evokes the Angiofibrome.

This formation is natural, normal and painless, not to confuse with the Condylome S or a Mycose.
Ce is not a Sexually transmitted disease but a physiological phenomenon.

Evolution

The beaded crown is due to the hypercroissance follicules sébacés under the effect of a rate of sex hormones high to puberty. With time, their size generally decreases, although the beaded crown does not disappear. Lesions are possible and anxiogenes, but generally benign. The papules are not regarded as being likely to evolve/move in tumor or cancer.

There does not exist any unquestionable means to remove the beaded crown, because even surgically removed, the glands push back.

Incidence

With the the United States, the Incidence seems to vary from 8 to 48% according to the sources. Some studies suggest (always in the USA) less low number of cases at the people circoncises (12% vs 22%). A study found that the number of cases was higher at the men with black skin at the circoncis (21% vs 7%, respectively) and non-circoncis (44% vs 33%, respectively), but with the international level no ethnicity seems saved or more concerned, and one does not note either a geographical prevalence

Hygiene

The increased activity of the sébacés follicules (Smegma) can be at the origin at certain people of a particular odor, which invites to a more strict local hygiene; body odors being badly lived, in particular in the Western countries, whereas other cultures can even find them normal attracting.

Treatment

Aspect sociopsychologic: the principal problem is the anxiety, in particular vis-a-vis the glance of the sexual partner, whom one can treat while explaining with the patients and their sexual partners the benign nature of this physiological phenomenon; what it is not a question of a sexually transmitted disease; this beaded crown ending in addition up disappearing from itself with the age.
Certains can live this relief of the skin positively, like a decoration or an additional source of pleasure (it evokes certain reliefs added by the manufacturers to the Préservatif S to increase the pleasure of the partners during the penetration.

surgical Treatment: It is famous generally useless.
Pour the patients who really wish it, the traditional Chirurgie or with the Laser with CO2 is sometimes used. A good hygiene is recommended.
