Cornelius "Corneille" Nyungura is a Chanteur Canado - Rwanda is born the March 24th 1977 with Freiburg-in-Brisgau in Germany where his/her parents made their studies. His/her father, Emile Nyungura, on his return to the Rwanda, will become one of the leaders of the PSD (Left social democrat).
Biography
It is in 1993 that Corneille is discovered a passion for the song. He forms part of a R' group then B with the Rwanda, and initiates himself with the writing of texts and the musical composition. He finds his influences in the drunk person and the American Funk, his “Masters singers” are called Prince, Marvin Gaye or Stevie Wonder. The group records a demonstration then gains the contest " Discovered 1993" Rwandan television. But the war bursts in Rwanda in 1994 and Corneille takes refuge in Germany whereas all its family is killed by the members of the judicious FPR to save lives at the time of the Rwandan genocide.
In July 1997, it leaves Germany to continue its studies in communication with the Université Concordia of Montreal. A few months after its arrival with the Quebec (Canada), it makes the meeting of Pierre Gage and Martin Gardy with whom it forms the R' group B O.N.E. Thanks to the talent of writing and composition of Crow, O.N.E classifies their title " Zoukin" , N°1 of the Canadian airplay.
In January 2001, Corneille leaves the group to continue its career solo. It centres its writing on its lived and prepares its first album.
In 2002, it takes part in several projects: It composes and writes the title This Evening for compilation COCKTAIL R&B 2 (R' Ghetto B Sony Music), as well as the title Si only one liked for the album Hip Hop Folies (Sony Music) with the featurings of Passi, Daddy Mory, K-mel, Sniper, Nâdiya, Sheraz, EJM, Nathalie Loriot…
Side scene, in July 2002, it is pointed out in acoustic formation on the large scene of the Francofolies of the La Rochelle in first part of Burning Spear. It connects with its first showcase with the Tank in Paris, room which it finds in October 2002, invited by Dave Stewart where it sings in featuring with the alive legend, Jimmy Cliff.
In January 2003, it is invited to make the first part of Cunnie Williams in Olympia, follow-up in its first public concert in Opus Club.
Its first album, Because one comes by far , is written, composed, arranged and Co-carried out by Corneille. It left on September 10th, 2002 in the Canadian version, little known then and on October 20th, 2003 in French version which adds many no-claims bonus via the second disc.
The album gains a sharp success (certified money disc in 3 weeks) and allows its public growing to discover more personal titles.
In April 2003, Crow with immense happiness to be invited to sing with Craig David for the title Small channel and Fall (featuring Sting), taking again one of the French verses.
Its first French round follows one another in May 2003, making full room with Paris, Marseilles, Lyon and Bordeaux, where a public boosted with which been able to appreciate its true talent on scene accompanied by its Canadian musicians.
In November 2004, the singer obtains his Canadian citizenship.
Corneille wrote and composed in 2005 Chanter that they are liked , sung by him and Calogero, Bénabar, Chimène Badi, Willy Denzey, Diam' S, Lokua Kanza, Jennifer, Yannick Noah, Matt, Matthieu (Linkup), Nâdiya, Nolwenn Leroy, Florent Pagny, Natasha Saint-Pier, Singuila, Diane Such, Tété and Tragedy. The benefit of individual were transferred with AMADE (Worldwide association of the friends of childhood).
In March 2005, the singer takes part in the concert Africa Live , which was organized to fight the Paludisme. This is the first time that Corneille goes back to Africa since the genocide to Rwanda which took its close relations.

Crow also works with the Canadian Red Cross to sensitize people with the children victims of the war, because it has of it itself be a victim.
It also produced his friend Pierre Gage who made the first part of some in his concerts.
In 2006, Corneille takes part in individual the the gold of our lives accompanied by 16 other artists (Kyo, Emmanuel Moire, Amel Bent, Matt Pokora,…) like with the princess Stéphanie of Monaco; this within the framework of Fightaidsmonaco association chaired by this one in order to come to assistance of the patients of the AIDS.
September 9th, 2006, Corneille marries Sofia de Medeiros, his/her four year old partner, in a small ceremony in the middle of Laurentides, in the north of Montreal.
