Crossing of control
The goal of a crossing of control is to reveal the Génotype of an organization which presents a Phénotype dominating (like the flowers violets at Pea). This individual can be either Hétérozygote, or Homozygote for the Allèle dominating. The most effective means to know its Génotype is to cross it with an organization expressing the recessive Phénotype (like the white flowers at Pea), and thus necessarily Homozygote. The Phénotype S of the following generation will make it possible to determine the Génotype of the relative having a Phénotype dominating.
