Cross of Lycurgus
The cut of Lycurgus is a Roman cut, out of glass, dating from the 4th century after J. - C. It is preserved at the British Museum.
Its principal characteristic is its color. When it is enlightened interior, it appears red, when it is enlightened outside (in the light of the day), it appears green.
