The cut of Africa of the footballing nations 1957 is a tournament disputed in 1957 with the Sudan and gained by the Egypt.

The Egypt, Sudan and the Ethiopia took part in the first tournament of the Coupe of Africa of the nations. The South Africa was prohibited of participation following the problems involved in the Apartheid.
