Croatian party of the right 1861
The Croatian Left the right 1861 , Hrvatska Stranka Prava 1861 (HSP 1861), is a Croatian party ultra-nationalist resulting from a scission of the Croatian Parti the right. The word right in the name of the party refers to the idea of a national right and ethnic of Croatian whom the party seeks to protect.
History
In first half of the years 1990, Dobroslav Paraga was elected with the head of the Croatian Parti the right. But a scission occurred within the party and a legal battle took place with Anto Đapić, directing rival faction, for the use of the name of the party. Dobroslav Paraga lost this battle and founded the Croatian Parti the right 1861 (HSP 1861), the May 31st - July 12th, 1995 with Zagreb.
Since its foundation, the party did not have any national or regional elected official.
The party today
The program of HSP-l86l is asserted as based on the program of Ante Starčević of 1861. It calls officially: " with the return of the property to the owners, the distribution of actions to the workers, the attribution of the ground to the fernmiers, the return of Croatia to Croates". The party affirms to want to give: " work with the unemployed, justice for all, of food for the people who have faim".
