Critter Country

Critter Country is a Land of the magic kingdoms of Disney. There exists only in Disneyland and Tokyo Disneyland. It is the old Indian village of Disneyland become Bear Country then Critter Country.

Disneyland

The zone located at the north of New Orleans Square along the Rivers off America was with the opening of the park an Indian village named Indian Village . It paid homage to the people North-Amerindians.

In 1972, attraction Country Bear Jamboree come from the Magic Kingdom opened in the zone which took then the name of Bear Country . The topic was changed to pay homage to the Rocky Mountains. The Indians moved more in north.

The Land was famous Critter Country in 1988, right before the opening of Splash Mountain in an original manner envisaged in January 1989 (pushed back in July).

In 2001, the spectacle Country Bear Jamboree was closed and replaced in 2002 by Many Adventures off Winnie the Pooh .

Tokyo Disneyland

The Land was built in 1992 for the opening of Splash Mountain. It took again attraction Davy Crockett Explorer Canoes re-elected for the occasion Beaver Brothers Explorer Canoes
