Creole inhabitant of Martinique
The creole inhabitant of Martinique is a creole based on the French spoken in Martinique. It became a true language with the wire of time. It is very close to the Creole of Guadeloupe and Haiti and to the shapes of Creoles spoken in French-speaking in the past islands (the Dominique and St Lucia).

This language can be included/understood by somebody by knowing only the bases:
- ka expresses the present
- ké or " kay" express the future
- t-piece expresses the past (ka is often used afterwards: it means “to make”)
Example:
- mwen ka blade baw : ==> translation I speak (now, I am in the train, present)
- mwen to you ké blade baw : ==> translation I will speak to you (later, future)
- mwen t-piece ka blade baw : ==> translation I was speaking to you, I spoke (past)
