Credit card (work permit)

The project of Credit card for the European Union was launched by the European commission the October 23rd 2007. It is about a delivered work permit intended for the residents of a country non-member of HAVE (often countries in the process of development) which allows him, following certain conditions, to come to work more easily on the whole territory of the Union.
Origin of the name
The name credit card comes from the green chart delivered by the USA. This choice is not pain-killer, because the green chart is known in the whole world. The goal is thus to compete with it to encourage the skilled workers to choose rather Europe than for America. Blue refers to the color of the European flag.
Conditions of obtaining
The credit card uses the system of the Selected immigration, the purpose of which is to make immigration in the long run more profitable for the European countries. It is intended only to the skilled workers, which draws aside the possibility of seeing an immigration of assisted which is expensive the states and creates a feeling xénophone in the population.The conditions to obtain it are the following ones:
- To have at least three years of experience professional.
- To provide an employment for which no resident of the European Union was found.
- Gagner wages which are at least three times higher than the basic salary of the country in which one wants to work.

The project should be voted to the second half-year of 2008.
