Independent measurements of the French bill

Christian Jacob, the Minister for the Small and medium-size companies presented in September 2004 a bill to support the small and medium-size companies and especially to facilitate the resumptions of companies to the detriment of the discontinuances of business. Principal proposals:

  • Development of the device ACCRE
  • Installation of a framework allowing to support the transmissions. In 2004, more than 500.000 heads of undertakings have more than 50 years.
  • Grooming of the statute of the contractor and joint sound.

  • Bringing together, under the impulse of the ministry for Finances and the ministry for SME, of OSEO and the Agency for the creation of companies (APCE), with an aim of setting up a device similar to the Small Business American Act, which is an institution facilitating the development of the young american companies. This led to the creation of a Pacte SME.
