The court of work is a social jurisdiction which exists in French Polynésie, in New Caledonia and with Wallis-and-Futuna.

Composition

  • the president is a professional magistrate.

  • Of the assessors (employees and employers) is named by the general meeting of the magistrates of the seat of the Court of Appeal.
