Court of work (Belgium)

In Belgium, the court of work treats the requests for Justice:

which rises from Contrat S of hiring of work and contracts of Apprentissage,
relating to the Social security, in particular concerning the industrial accidents and the occupational illness, obligations of the Employeur S as regards social security, of Chômage, sickness and disablement Assurance obligatory, retirement, annual Vacances, safety of existence,…
as regards equal treatment man-women, of the obligations as regards social status of the workers Indépendant S (INASTI and INAMI),
of the decisions of the minister as for the allowances of Handicap be;
of the disputes relating to the Committees for the prevention and protection with work and the councils of companies (581 and 582 CJ)

In the event of urgency, the president of the court can make a provisional decision in the businesses treated by its court.

The recourse are treated by the course of work.

There are 103 course or courts of work. They raise each one of a legal district.
