The legal Cour of revision is highest legal Juridiction Monégasque.

Article 25 of the law n° 783 of the bearing July 15th, 1965 legal organization lays out: “Except the case where the law has which it differently, the court of revision rules in any matter for violation of the law, on the appeals formed against any decision returned in last spring and passed in force of judged thing. ”

International relations

The Court of revision is member of the Association of the High jurisdictions of cassation of the countries having shares of it the use of French (AHJUCAF).
