Court of Auditors (Tunisia)
The Court of Auditors is an administrative jurisdiction Tunisia. It is defined in article 69 of the constitution of June 1st 1959 as being one of the two Council's subordinate bodies of State (the second being the Administrative court).
It is charged mainly with the Contrôle of the public accounts, the use of the public funds by the private directors, state enterprises or even organizations profiting from a State aid and to inform the Parliament, the government and the Public opinion on the conformity of the accounts.
