Court of Appeal of Quebec

The Court of Appeal of Quebec is the most court of the Quebec, province of the Canada. The Appel S of its decisions are heard in front of the Supreme court of Canada, with Ottawa. The quorum of the Court of Appeal of Quebec was fixed in general at three judges, but in front of certain situations, a judge alone is with the bench (for example, in the case of a request for permission to call some).

The Court sits at Quebec (with the Law courts of Quebec and at Montreal. The Court is made up of the judge as a chief (who is the judge as a chief of the whole of the judges of Quebec, any confused courts), of 19 other puînés judges, certain judges ad hoc (who come, when necessary and for a limited time, Superior court of Quebec) and some judges who choose to become supernumerary.

The Court sits at Quebec (with the Law courts of Quebec) and at Montreal. Although the judges have their office in one or the other of these cities, the whole of the judges is brought to sit in Quebec or Montreal.
