Coupe de France of football 1932-1933

The Coupe de France 1932-1933 saw to clash 452 professional clubs amateurs and 20 clubs through France. It was the 16th edition of the cut of France, which began with the first preliminary round the September 18th 1932 and was completed by the final played Olympic stadium Yves-of-Manor the May 7th 1933. This edition saw gaining the team of the Excelsior Athlétic Club of Roubaix.

Preliminary rounds

Among the twenty professional clubs, only one does not pass the course of the preliminary rounds: the Olympic Alésien, which thus inaugurates the list of the professional clubs eliminated from the Coupe de France.

Thirty-second of finale

The matches of the thirty-second of finale were played the December 18th 1932. The matches with rejouer are held the December 25th 1932 (Billancourt-HAVE Strasbourg, Monaco-Belfort, Excelsior-Moyeuvre and Le Havre ac-Bruay) and January 2nd 1933 (Lens-Metz). The professionals of FC Metz are eliminated after two matches (0-0 then 0-2) vis-a-vis the amateurs from the RC Lens. The Olympique of Marseilles left as of on December 18th by the amateurs CA Mulhouse (4-0), and the CA Paris is eliminated the same day as the OM by the amateurs from US Boulogne (1-0). Always on December 18th, the Sporting Club Fivois is eliminated by the amateurs from the RC Strasbourg.

Sixteenth of finale

The matches of sixteenth of finale were played the January 8th 1933, except the match ACE Brest-native-CA Paris (January 12th). The match with rejouer between the OGC Nice and Lille takes place on January 19th, Red Star it Havre AC the 22 and Excelsior-Boulogne the 28.

Eighth of finale

The matches of the eighth of finale were played the February 8th 1933.

Quarterfinals

The matches of the quarterfinals were played the February 26th 1933.

Semi-finals

The matches of the semi-finals were played the 8 (Excelsior-Sète with the Parc of the Princes) and April 9th (RC Roubaix-Cannes with the Parc of the Princes) 1936.

Finale

The final took place with the Olympic stadium Yves-of-Manor with Colombes, the May 7th 1933 in front of 33.000 spectators.
