County of Wulan
The county of Wulan (乌兰县; Pinyin: Wūlán Xiàn) is an administrative subdivision of the province of the Qinghai in China. It is placed under the jurisdiction of the Mongolian autonomous Préfecture and Tibetan of Haixi.

The population of the county was of: 105087 inhabitants in 1999.The town of Xiligou counted: 12454 inhabitants in 2000.
